    Kal Atwal


    Kal assumed additional responsibility of AC Logistics Canada in August 2018 as President for Canada. Kal has been the President of TForce Final Mile since January 2018 3 and previous to that was Vice President & General Manager since January 2017. Kal is driving both companies to be a premier final mile transportation provider to the e-commerce, healthcare services, airline baggage, and financial industries. Kal has spent his career in financial services, transportation and waste management industries in several senior level finance, sales and marketing roles for GE Capital Fleet Services, GE, Day & Ross Transportation and Same Day Worldwide.

    Kal enjoys playing soccer and cheering on the Liverpool Football club, but he especially loves traveling and spending time with his wonderful family. His life goal is to see as many live sporting events as possible and plans to travel to many new destinations.
  • Dan Leslie

    Dan Leslie

    VP, Operations

    Dan joined TForce Final Mile in the Summer of 2016 as the Regional Vice President, Eastern Canada. Dan is currently developing and implementing processes to enhance superior service to the current and future customer base. Dan built his career in the same day and final mile delivery industry holding management positions in both operations and finance roles, including Director of Operations for All Canadian Courier.

    As an avid sports fan, Dan roots for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays, Raptors and Indianapolis Colts. He participates competitively in volleyball, ball hockey and softball; but you can still find in him swinging a club on the golf course and relaxing while fishing. He plans to visit each continent – starting with the warmer climates – and enjoy the diversities of each culture he experiences.
  • Gerald Haak


    VP, National Accounts & Operational Support

    Gerald joined TForce Final Mile/ AC Logistics Canada in January 2019 as Vice President National Accounts and Operational Support. Gerald’s focus is on maximizing the customer experience. Process standardization, training and development along with service level measurement will be the levers used to improve the customer experience. Gerald has 30 years of experience within the sameday/final mile market in leadership roles in operations, sales and other customer facing roles in Loomis, Security Express, Dynamex and SCI.

    Gerald enjoys spending time with family and travelling and is a committed Toronto Maple Leaf fan.
